SIGHTGLASS EXPERIENCES
I developed Sightglass Coffee’s public education program, Sightglass Experiences, leading the project from conception through launch and beyond. Pre-launch, I conducted market research to develop a pricing strategy and user research to optimize campaign format.
Post-launch, I iterated on course content, duration, cost and frequency based on user data, feedback and post-class analysis. I also wrote all course materials, designed the studio and teach all courses.
I wrote all copy for social and email campaigns around the program’s launch and all copy for email and booking flow.
In addition to public courses, we have worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, leading virtual off-sites and team building experiences.
